Payment Options

Statements of assessments due will be sent to all homeowners approximately 15 days before the due date.  Payments are due on the 1st of the month, but are considered to be paid on time if payment is received in the management company office by the 10th of the month.  Any account that has a balance due as of the 10th of the month will be charged a late fee in accordance with the Collection Policy of the Association.  Foster Management offers many convenient ways for homeowners to make payment of their HOA Assessments, as listed below:

How does it work?  You authorize Foster Management to direct debit your designated bank account to pay your Association Assessments until you choose, in writing, to end the direct debit arrangement.

What do I need to do?  Fill out the ACH Authorization Agreement for Direct Debit to allow Foster Management to debit the bank account you designate for the payment of your HOA Assessments.

  • Complete the ACH Authorization Agreement
  • Attach voided check to form
    • Your HOA’s Official Name

    • 700 Ken Pratt BLVD., STE 111

  • Or Fax Form / Voided Check  to (888) 697-8805

PLEASE NOTE: Once the application has been received/processed, you will receive a notification of enrollment.  The deduction will occur on or shortly after the 5th of the month, each month a payment is due.
